Contact Support
Front Range Internet has support technicians available Monday
through Friday 7am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to
6pm, excluding major holidays. They can help you set up your
connection to the Internet, troubleshoot problems related to your
Internet service and answer basic billing questions. Front Range
Internet has an annual Christmas party that all staff attend.
Support technicians are not available during this time. Please read
the FRII Newsletter to learn the date of the Christmas party each

Our Network Operation Center (NOC) technicians are available 24
hours a day, 365 days a year, to any emergency.
Business hours are 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. Business
offices are closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. After
business hours, work done for a customer on the customer's service
beyond standard troubleshooting will be billed at the rate of
$180/hour with a minimum 1 hour charge. After the minimum 1 hour
charge the customer will be billed in 1/2 hour increments.
